Overview

The Director, Analytics Development is responsible for the development, quality and release of interactive data visualizations and analytics packages within nThrive’s Internal Analytics team.  This leader within the team will be managing both domestic and global development teams, leveraging best practice knowledge of data visualization tools to create meaningful and insightful packages to transform our business.

Responsibilities

  • Effective management over a global team of data visualization developers, providing best practices and approaches and maintaining accountability over the content and timely delivery of sprints/releases.
  • Responsible for collaborating with Product Management and key Stakeholders to ensure the development work is meeting the requirements of the business.
  • Coaching, sourcing and managing the right resources to ensure each developed package is built efficiently, accurately and with high functionality and usability.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2+ years of experience as an Analytics Development Leader
  • 5+ years of experience working directly with Tableau & Tableau Server
  • 5+ years’ experience in SQL
  • Advanced Tableau API and Analysis expertise.
  • Experience managing a team of data analytics developers
  • Problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Microsoft SSRS / SSIS experience
  • Experience in the healthcare industry, specifically Revenue Cycle Management
