The primary focus of this position is to provide superior customer service managing the incoming programming request work for clients and team.


  • Understand the team’s functions and capacity
  • Manage the team’s backlog to optimize throughput and to accurately predict turnaround time for open issues
  • Create, Communicate and enforce controls around workflow to improve capacity
  • Identify impediments for the team and determine the best elimination plan
  • Must have excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills
  • Strength in "attention to detail" and analytical skills
  • Facilitate technical issues resolution in a collaborative team approach involving development, product management and implementation as appropriate
  • Must have ability to communicate technical issues via telephone and e-mail in support of Client Relations
  • Must be able to manage remote employees, and work with remote leadership


  • Must have good verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree or 3 years comparable experience
  • 2 years of leadership experience within a corporate environment
