Our Business Health Solution consultants partner with clients to assess and design solutions that focus on process and technology optimization in the patient-centric revenue cycle, enabling our clients to advance their mission through improved outcomes. Our services help clients in the adoption, optimization and on-going usage of nThrive’s Patient-to-Payment solutions.


Our understanding of the Revenue Cycle space, coupled with our industry-leading Patient-to-Payment solutions position the team to develop tailored solutions that transform and enhance the speed of change and realization of benefit.


Senior Manager, Business Health Solution, is a senior position on the Business Health Transformation team, responsible for using in-depth industry knowledge to lead transformational projects and champion innovative solution design.  The role will assist Sales and Client Success in the identification and pursuit of new business.  


  • Lead the teams in the assessment, solution design and implementation of client-specific revenue cycle transformation solutions.
  • Manage client engagements, including deliverables, client interactions and deadlines to the highest standard;
  • Collaborate with the nThrive solution leaders to effectively diagnose issues and design a solution that aligns with the client’s vision and expectations.
  • Triage and solve client issues, escalating to the Principal director where appropriate.
  • Drive the development of innovative solutions and contribute thought leadership to the nThrive strategy and marketing teams.
  • Assist Sales and Client Success in Business Development and identification of strategic partnerships.


  • Proven track record of success in a Hospital and / or Physician Revenue Cycle environment.
  • Minimum 7 years experience in Revenue Cycle operations and/or consulting
  • Experience in effectively working  with C-level client leadership
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Evidence of strategic solution design experience
  • Strong financial acumen; ability to develop budgets, forecast revenue, develop early warning signs and adapt the organization to achieve financial targets.
  • Superior analytic and problem solving skills with an understanding of various clinical and financial operational processes within the healthcare industry.
  • Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills with the ability to facilitate and influence decisions by motivating others to achieve excellence in both the quality of work and their approach to team work
  • Ability to develop and manage relationships with team members and clients
  • Ability to understand and interact with technically-oriented team members.
  • Proven record of competencies in the following areas:  creativity and innovation, customer focus, team oriented, pro-activity, personal communication, impact and influence.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment that requires quick turnaround and quality output.

Preferred Skills

  • Bachelors degree from an accredited 4 year university, graduate degree, preferred.
