The Director, Services Offer Management and Sales Support plans, organizes, and manages Patient to Payment Implementation Services offers from conceptual stages through a services product life cycle to optimize profit and meet marketing, financial, and corporate growth objectives.   The Director is responsible for Offer Management by developing and maintaining the services strategy, services roadmaps, services creation process and commercial launch requirement for Implementation Services.  The Director is also responsible for leading cross-functional teams to provide sales support for Implementation Services in complex Patient to Payment opportunities involving technology, outsourcing services, advisory services, education and analytics.  The position is responsible for sales tool development, training, RFP response, quotes, pricing and customer presentations, on site and remote, on behalf of Implementation Services for our commercial teams.   The Director will be the primary conduit from Implementation Services to the nThrive commercial organization, ensuring interlock with sales on deal pursuit across the portfolio and providing valuable insight to the Implementation Services leadership team on the sales pipeline.


  • Consolidate, prioritize and translate inputs from market research, customers, competitors, marketing, software product management, sales, customer support, and development teams into solution requirements for Implementation Services.
  • Lead the solution creation and solution lifecycle management processes for Implementation Services coordinating individual and cross functional team activities, deliverables and timelines.
  • Develop and maintain standard services offerings and collateral including offer definitions, statements of work, sales guides, presentations and offer (deal) configurators for Implementation Services.
  • Develop and deliver services offer training for the assigned practice segment to sales, client management, account management, customer support, implementation services and channel partner teams.
  • Develop and maintain best pricing practices for Implementation Services offers based on nThrive organizational objectives, market conditions, customer input and competitive activities.
  • Serve as subject matter expert and thought leader for Implementation Services, providing consultative support, sales presentations and industry event representation.  
  • Remain knowledgeable on changes in the revenue cycle management, information technology, professional services and health and wellness fields.
  • Perform other tasks and projects as required. 


Internal Responsibilities:

  • Adheres to all company policies and procedures including, but not limited to those identified within the Standards of Business Conduct and the Employee Handbook, as may be amended from time to time. Adheres to all applicable laws and regulations and the company's governance/compliance program.
  • Responsible for reporting violations of the company's policies and procedures, Standards of Business Conduct, governance program, laws and regulations through the company's Help Line or other mechanism that may be available at the time of the violation. Assists with internal control failure remediation efforts.
  • Becomes knowledgeable of internal control responsibilities through training and instruction. Responsible and accountable for internal control performance within their area of responsibility. Participates in the internal controls self-assessment process.
  • Ensures concerns with internal control design or performance and process changes that impact internal control execution are communicated to management.


  • Bachelor's degree in relavent field such as management information systems, hospital administration, business or other related technology, healthcare or business area.  MBA preferred. 
  • A minimum of 7 years healthcare revenue cycle management experience.
  • A minimum of 10 years relavent business experience in one or more of the following areas:
    • IT project services as implementation consultant or project manager

- or -

  • IT solution sales or marketing experience

- or -

  • HIM or RCM Department Leadership as Director, Manager or Supervisor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly proficient cross functional team leadership skills
  • Solid knowledge of all MS Office Products.
