Our talent acquisition team identifies and acquires the best talent in the industry to achieve this vision. The Talent Acquisition Partner supports accounts receivable (AR) recruiting across the organization. This person will be highly experienced in all aspects of the recruitment of AR professionals and will partner with hiring managers, business leaders, and HR Business Partners to ensure that recruiting results align with business strategy.


  • Main focus on the full life cycle recruitment of nursing, call center specialists, system support specialists, and others including AR leadership. This includes building a professional network for pipelining.
  • Support the full life cycle recruitment for other niche positions as needed.
  • Establishes recruiting requirements by remaining close to organization plans and objectives; meets with business leaders to discuss current and upcoming needs.
  • Creates robust search strategies that will identify and attract the most qualified candidates.
  • Serves as an expert for technical recruiting and serves as an advisor to hiring managers.
  • Leads debriefing conversations with hiring managers and senior leaders to calibrate candidates of interest.
  • Builds recruiting plans to ensure attainment of hiring goals and overall recruitment metrics.
  • Screens job applicants to ensure attainment of the minimum qualifications of positions assigned. Screens and interviews based upon a consistent set of criteria.
  • Participates in recruitment training opportunities provided by nThrive and applies learning appropriately.



  • 4+ years of recruiting experience with at least 2+ years of high volume recruiting.
  • 2+ years of experience with at least one cloud based applicant tracking system.
  • Strong consultative approach with a demonstrated ability to develop successful business partner and candidate relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain a high ratio of hiring manager submissions to hire through the ability to properly conduct an intake session and apply that feedback to a behavioral and competency based interview.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet/exceed assigned recruiting metrics.
  • Experience building a recruitment plan that leverages a multi-pronged approach including sourcing through social media and other Internet research, cold calling, networking and applicant tracking system mining.

  • Ability to work onsite at our Alpharetta office Monday through Thursday with an option to work from home on Friday.

  • Strong commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Experience and training with OFCCP hiring regulations in accordance with an organization’s Affirmative Action plan.
  • Experience and training in recruitment techniques that support an organization’s diversity recruitment efforts.
  • Boolean, AIRS certification(s), Sourcing Ninja, Sourcing Institute or other similar training and/or certifications.
  • Healthcare recruitment experience.
