The Solutions Analyst is responsible for assisting the senior management team in identifying, establishing, implementing, and monitoring financial data and related processes that contribute to the successful operations of the business.  Other responsibilities include compiling comprehensive reports for clients, data analysis, and providing support for the day-to-day operations.  The candidate must be able to work at a detailed level while understanding the big picture.  Viable candidates will have the ability to quantify business processes to uncover underlying information. The preferred candidate is able to view solutions programmatically to ensure they be carried out in an efficient manner.


  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards across organizational functions as cash, KPI, and AR analyses
  • Execute data production processes and perform necessary data analysis, data controls and research 
  • Make necessary changes to data aggregation logic as per business requirements.
  • Make recommendations to streamline the reporting processes
  • Maintain a current working knowledge of healthcare related issues and regulations
  • Researching discrepancies and taking action consistent with procedures to remediate problems.
  • Ensuring that data issues and prioritization of data remediation needs are effectively communicated 
  • Establish realistic goals and priorities concurrent with organizational objectives
  • Query and analyze client data to find/understand trends and their financial impact
  • Performing analyses to verify the completeness and accuracy of data
  • Maintain a professional attitude
  • Maintain confidentiality at all times


  • BA/BS in Computer Science or related field, OR equivalent professional experience
  • Familiar with Databases, Data Integration, and Data Science techniques
  • Knowledge in capturing, analyzing and communicating measurement results
  • Knowledge of data modeling processes, and ability to implement
  • Time management and project management skills
  • Work autonomously, independently and as part of team for collaboration
  • Process oriented, proactive and client-focused.
  • Interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
