Join a winning team dedicated to the financial health of our hospitals and provider community.  As a Senior Business Analyst within the office of the CIO, you will have a critical role in the product management of the Microsoft Office 365 platform and nThrive collaboration suite. You will have the opportunity to drive productivity in an organization of 7K+ colleagues leading governance, standards, information architecture, usability, training, and change management.  The early adoption of Microsoft O365 technologies provides for a career building project and application portfolio for both internal colleagues and clients alike.  This will require executive level exposure and a great deal of cross-functional collaboration. This role reports directly to the VP of Enterprise Applications.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the company’s product owner and subject matter expert for the collaboration and digital workplace suite including Office 365 which spans SharePoint Intranet, collaboration, Delve, Yammer, Stream, Teams, Skype, Single Sign On, Power BI and more.
  • Lead governance and standards across the nThrive enterprise in adherence to corporate security, risk, and governance requirements; develop a strategy for internal social media.
  • Lead training and change management activity to bring the maximum value out of productivity tools, mobile apps, and collaboration tools.
  • Partner with Corporate Marketing in the promotion of digital workplace tools and serve as the lead analyst supporting marketing needs for colleague engagement.
  • Partner with Development leadership to accurately size the level of effort for projects to align on budget and resource needs.  Partner with the Project Management Office (PMO) regarding the scope and budget of each effort.
  • Provide overall change management to include stakeholder communications, release notes, and training, as well as Quality Assurance support in the creation of test cases.
  • Create product and service level designs spanning the business benefit, cost structure, license model, adoption, SLA’s, and overall governance model of each application spanning colleague collaboration, video messaging, Webinars, document collaboration, and social media for colleagues and, in some cases, large client engagements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Minimum of 5 + years of relevant business analyst experience in the deployment of Microsoft O365 capabilities, SharePoint online, messaging, video, social media, document collaboration, and colleague Intranets.
  • Technical acumen including ability to influence and debate solutions with technical team members, to understand technology solutions and potential trade-offs, and to represent technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated usability, information architecture, and change management skills.
  • Exceptional presentation, communication, written and facilitation skills in support of governance, project charter, requirements, user stories, design documentation, test cases, and release notes.
  • Strong influencing and partnering capabilities.

Preferred Skills

  • Working knowledge of meeting collaboration technologies such as Zoom, GoTo, WebEx.
  • Experience using Agile software programs such as Microsoft Team Foundation Server.
  • ITIL v3 Certification.
