nThrive requires a Data Governance Manager to lead and manage all organization-wide data governance activities. The Data Governance Manager will have responsibility for improving the quality and managing the protection of sensitive data and information assets. The position will initially focus on the implementation of a consistent de-identification methodology and later expand to focus on developing an enterprise data governance framework to include data use policies, standards and practices.
The Data Governance Manager serves as a point of escalation for data governance, data quality and data protection issues. The Data Governance Manager will work closely with business and functional leaders, including Legal, GRC and Information Security, to improve the quality and value of core data assets, respond to regulatory protection requirements as well as support the strategic requirements of the department. Potential opportunity to manage a team of analysts and a de-identification manager.
