Our team is searching for more than a graphic designer—we’re looking for someone with a unique blend of creative problem solving, visual communication, sales strategy and critical thinking skills to join our Commercial Enablement team.

nThrive’s Commercial Enablement team is a high-performing, cross-functional group made up of talented strategic designers, writers, and proposal experts positioned to provide nThrive’s sales team and client-facing colleagues with the tailored, well-designed material they need to have valuable, professional client engagements at each stage of the sales cycle—from an initial discovery meeting to proposal delivery and contract signature. Our team is highly valued across the company and our contributions directly impact sales growth and client retention.



  • A skilled translator and storyteller: Work closely with sales, marketing and product teams to interpret complex concepts and translate them into compelling visual narratives across print and digital platforms
  • A strong designer: Conceive and design visual concepts to best convey targeted messages, clearly articulate the value of nThrive’s solutions, and make sense of complex material like business flows and data, all while maintaining brand standards and compliance
  • An excellent communicator: Possess a strong command of written language and an ability to distill complex messages and concepts into concise, well-crafted, value-oriented content that speaks directly to target audiences
  • A master of typography: Draw upon a passion for typography and desire to focus on the finest detail to continually refine designs and achieve clear, crisp deliverables
  • A career-minded leader: Dive into projects with a commitment to exceed client expectations, maintain high performance standards, and continually drive improvement across our projects and our team


  • 2+ years of experience is sales enablement, marketing, communications or equivalent design positions
  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, marketing, or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Time management and project management skills
  • Work autonomously, independently and as part of a team for collaboration
  • Computer and software knowledge including Adobe products such as InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop, as well as Microsoft Office products including Word, PowerPoint and basic Excel knowledge

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in the healthcare industry, specifically revenue cycle management
