As a Support Engineer you will work cross functionally with our colleagues in IT, Data Warehouse, Advisory, and other teams to coordinate work. You will handle case load and resolve issues to ensure platform and product excellence. You’ll have the unique opportunity to provide technical support while shipping code and contributing your own technical expertise across our stack to empower health care for every one in every community.
