Overview

The Senior Campaign Manager, reporting to the Director of Field Marketing and Marketing Communications, will manage various workstreams including: campaign intake and prioritization, project management for the delivery of campaigns to market, and act as the point person to ensure the timely execution of tactics and deliverables in accordance with campaign strategies.

 

This position will regularly manage cross-functional collaboration between diverse groups of stakeholders at various levels.  As a key member of the Enterprise Marketing team, this role will champion marketing excellence company-wide. 

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrated competency and experience with end-to-end project management of marketing campaigns;
  • Ability to scope and prioritize campaign launch dates relative to available workgroups, financial targets, and corporate goals;
  • Set up campaign briefing cadence, tactical execution plan, and approval processes for campaign assets;
  • Superior project management and organization skills with the ability to seamlessly transition between granular campaign tactics and high-level marketing strategy;
  • Excellent problem-solving skills to actively address challenges that surface during the campaign lifecycle;
  • Experience managing process improvement initiatives to drive increased efficiencies and ease of doing business with internal and external shareholders;
  • High level of comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment that has frequent pivots.

Qualifications

  • Four year degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field.
  • 3+ years of prior relevant experience in Marketing (healthcare or life sciences company preferred).
  • Understanding of/openness to learning innovative technologies to enhance processes and effectiveness.
  • MS Office experience required with proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and 365 apps.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized, flexible, and willing attitude to complete tasks within deadlines.
  • Ability to be a self-starter and exhibit initiative.
  • Willingness to take direction and feedback; flexible and open to innovative ideas and ways of doing things.
  • Collaborates effectively, can work with a team to deliver results.
  • Maintains positive and professional relationships with co-workers.
  • Travel: Less than 5%
