  • Overview

    The IT PMO Project Coordinator provides project management for small, non-development projects, and supports the Project Management Office.

    Responsibilities

    • Responsible for purchase order and invoice coding accuracy and communicates changes as appropriately with the Accounts Payable and Asset Management teams
    • Attend, schedule, coordinate, and participate in key meetings as needed.
    • Create meeting minutes for attended key meetings as needed
    •  Develops and maintains presentations to be used by Tech Services team for stakeholder meetings and periodic progress reporting
    • Oversees and delivers small, non-development projects
    • Collaborates with project managers to deliver monthly capital forecasts and reports  
    • Owns the weekly PMO status reporting and roll up dashboards
    • Collaborates with project managers to compile and report on monthly KPI’s
    • Responsible for the management of employee and contractor timecard reporting to leadership team in order to drive compliance and accuracy of time entry
    • Responsible for administering access and content for PMO and demand management tools 
    • Performs other assignments as necessary
    • Manages the IT environment request process with our development customers

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree and 2 or more years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified or equivalent
    • Highly skilled in the use of software applications, including but not limited to intermediate knowledge of the following Microsoft products:  Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
    • Organized and detail-oriented.  Able to manage multiple projects and priorities
    • Able to communicate professionally, effectively and courteously, both orally and in writing
    • Able to prioritize workload and work effectively with many team members
    • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment that requires quick turnaround and quality output
    • Great time management and multi-tasking skills 

    Preferred Skills

    • Experience working with global and virtual teams
    • Experience creating project and business dashboards
