  • Overview

    Develop, manage and maintain company digital assets including websites, graphics, motion graphics etc., to support corporate and marketing strategic goals and objectives.


    • Creating and maintaining best practice websites and digital marketing assets
    • Multi-platform CMS and CRM user
    • Effectively works within marketing and supports other departments to architect and implement new web functionality and features within branding guidelines
    • Support Creative Services team
    • Assist with planning and development of marketing programs and campaigns and communicates technical parameters and constraints to relevant teams.
    • Create web content and interactive media components
    • Create corporate and channel web sites to brand standards
    • Work to ensure nThrive utilizes innovative, attention getting online marketing concepts to communicate the brand’s value proposition to its audiences – including web publishers, advertisers, and advertising/media agencies
    • Create innovative interactive marketing concepts such as banner and rich media creative, landing pages, motion graphics, and some video editing/publishing
    • Play a key role in our Creative Services team who manage and develop creative campaign ads both in-house as well as using rich media vendor tools
    • Effectively applies background and experience to current role
    • Demonstrates a comprehensive knowledge of particular field
    • Keeps informed of latest trends, developments, and best and current practices in particular field
    • Counsels and advises internal stakeholders on projects and initiatives related to corporate sites
    • Collaborate with Corporate Communications and other Corporate Marketing Functions to achieve advantaged positioning for nThrive by delivering consistent messages to the market


    • Experience in visual communications, marketing, graphic design, interactive design, advertising or a related field
    • Minimum 2 years experience creating interactive marketing communications materials and executions to support brand and/or performance advertisers
    • Experience with digital creative, some UI/UX, presentation development, data analysis, and attention to detail
    • Strong interpersonal communication skills for a variety of audiences, in particular, the ability to effectively communicate design rationale
    • Strong graphic design skills with ability to concept storyboards and comps
    • Strong digital creative skills with a desire to learn new and emerging technology
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Ability to manage multiple, concurrent tasks in a fast-paced, creative environment
    • Ability to work independently, as well as work as part of a team
    • Knowledge of basic information architecture, usability wireframes, sitemaps, schematics and prototypes
    • Demonstrated knowledge of website design, Sharepoint and a range of CMS, CSS, HTML/XHTML and other current web technologies, as well as competency using Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Flash, Illustrator, AfterEffects, InDesign and PowerPoint
    • Propose new web features and interactive functionality
    • Effectively handle multiple projects
    • Participates in design, testing, implementation and maintenance of Web-based projects and enhancements in coordination with nThrive IT
    • Provide excellent level of customer service to both internal and external customers
    • Works the amount of time required for the position and works overtime as needed
    • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment that requires quick turnaround and quality output
    • Solid knowledge of all MS Office Products
    • Travel: Minimal travel may be required.
