  • Overview

    The Marketing Manager works with the senior leadership team, product management, subject matter experts, sales and marketing colleagues to develop marketing campaigns and content that support revenue goals, business objectives and drive market awareness.  Responsible for the development of sales tools to attract, win and retain clients.

     

    The Marketing Manager plans, creates and executes all campaign deliverables to highlight nThrive’s capabilities throughout the health care revenue cycle, with a focus on financial services and channel partnerships.  This includes but is not limited to content creation for sell sheets, blog posts, white papers, executive guides, digital ads, web pages and other assets that support lead generation programs. This position regularly manages cross-functional collaboration between diverse groups of stakeholders at various levels.  As a member of the Enterprise Marketing team, this role champions marketing excellence company-wide.

    Responsibilities

    • Partners with marketing colleagues for integrated marketing campaign planning and strategy development;
    • Collaborates across functions to deliver an effective content marketing strategy and editorial plan to meet business objectives at the lowest possible cost;
    • Establishes campaign metrics and baselines;
    • Executes content creation and delivery to market;
    • Routinely measures and optimizes campaigns;
    • Edits, proofreads and enhances campaign content;
    • Optimizes content considering SEO and Google Analytics;
    • Accountable for content marketing initiatives to drive traffic, engagement and leads;
    • Collaborates on management of marketing campaign calendar in assigned area of the revenue cycle;
    • Understands most effective content pieces for each distribution channel;
    • Plans and executes on-going lead generation efforts and follow-up campaigns;
    • Organizes and produces educational webinars to support marketing campaigns;
    • Acts as a conduit between enterprise marketing and field sales;
    • Excellent problem-solving skills to actively address challenges that surface during the campaign lifecycle;
    • High level of comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment that has frequent pivots;
    • Executes all projects within established budget and timeline parameters.

    Qualifications

    • Four year degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field
    • 5+ years of prior relevant experience in Marketing (healthcare or life sciences company preferred)
    • Understanding of/openness to learning innovative technologies to enhance processes and effectiveness
    • MS Office experience required with proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and 365 apps
    • Strong oral and written communication skills
    • Highly organized, flexible, and willing attitude to complete tasks within deadlines
    • Ability to be a self-starter and exhibit initiative
    • Willingness to take direction and feedback; flexible and open to innovative ideas and ways of doing things
    • Collaborates effectively, can work with a team to deliver results
    • Maintains positive and professional relationships with co-worker
    • Travel 5-10%
