  • Overview

    The Sr. Consultant will be responsible for identifying new opportunity to serve clients for nThrive solutions.  The Sr. Consultant is expected to be a thought leader by becoming a subject matter expect in key nThrive Analytic technologies and methodologies.  The Sr. Consultant will manage and conduct analysis and delegate responsibilities to consultants and analysts.  The Sr. Consultant will produce deliverables that are client ready.  The Sr. Consultant will engage and lead client leadership in decision making.


    • Support user base by engaging in discussions to understand business requirements and creating analyses to drive engagement and ROI.
    • Create project plans and effectively manage all assigned project to the plan. Document business case analysis and assists in translating business requirements into process/functional design/system solutions to be used in marketing.
    • Engage users of nThrive analytics products and tools and have conversations that identify needs and opportunities.
    • Be familiar with the functionality of nThrive products and solutions.
    • Introduce a client to additional/new solutions.
    • Provide analysis and answers to client questions and leverage other technical resources in that process.
    • Manage complex tasks with minimal supervision assigned by Manager and report back.
    • Proficient and fast in Excel and SQL.
    • Has an in-depth working knowledge of the data structure and data technologies and can write complex ad-hoc queries to answer client questions.
    • Provide client support for nThrive analytics.
    • Proficient in the health care analytics space.
    • Supports nThrive’s Compliance Program by adhering to policies and procedures pertaining to HIPAA, FDCPA, FCRA, and other laws applicable to nThrive’s business practices. This includes: becoming familiar with nThrive’s Code of Ethics, attending training as required, notifying management or nThrive’s Helpline when there is a compliance concern or incident, HIPAA-compliant handling of patient information, and demonstrable awareness of confidentiality obligations.


    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or related fields
    • 3+ years of analytical work experience
    • Oral and written communication
    • Presentation skills
    • Experience communicating with and providing recommendations to VP/SVP level leaders
    • Work autonomously, independently and as part of team for collaboration
    • Time management and project management skills
    • Computer knowledge including Microsoft Office tools, SQL and Data Visualization tools

    Preferred Skills

    • Master’s degree in Business, Finance
