  • Overview

    The Senior Analyst, Business Operations is responsible for driving positive change through driving operational plan alignment with the segment strategy, program definition and

    management for initiatives that support growth, maturity or operational excellence within the segment, and through managing the collection, analysis and reporting of data pertinent to executive decision making for the segment. This position has broad enterprise and segment influence and will work closely with Service Delivery executives and leaders to implement consistent tools and processes to support the growth of the business.


    • Cultivate relationships with functional P & L leaders to drive strategic scorecards and applicable performance indicators.
    • Develops / leads the development of tools and processes to capture data including client profitability, revenue, sales and other data relevant to segment operations.
    • Directs monthly reporting of the key performance metrics for executive meetings
    • Proactively conducts root cause analysis to identify and understand foundational issues and present potential solutions, then works with segment leadership and others throughout the Company to address people, process and technology issues
    • Directs project and system governance for the segment
    • Serves in a key partnership role with Service Delivery President and segment leaders in developing annual strategy and budgets
    • Assists in setting goals/monitoring accountable plan for Service Delivery leaders as a result of the annual strategic planning processÍž tracks and reports on status on a regular basis.


    • BA/BS in Finance, business or a related concentration.
    • Extensive experience in project management, accounting, and financial reporting.
    • Ability to manage multiple complex projects at the same time, as well as the ability to stay focused on key business initiatives.
    • Able to work at all levels of the organization from senior leadership to the staff level.
    • Excellent skills in oral and written communications, leadership, supervision and interpersonal relationships.
    • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment that requires quick turnaround and quality output.
    • Solid knowledge of all MS Office Products.
    • Travel: Up to 10%.

    Preferred Skills

    • Graduate degree 
    • Healthcare revenue cycle experience
