  • Overview

    Create and support custom applications designed to meet the specific needs of each customer.


    ***Locations: Saddle River, NJ, Atlanta, GA, Plano, TX



    • Must have excellent troubleshooting, problem solving skills, both technically and at the application level
    • Strength in "attention to detail" and analytical skills to include OOP and SQL experience
    • Development of software that deviates from standard documented processes
    • Assists other team members with optimizing projects
    • Injects new industry trends, technology and best practices into the team
    • Takes initiative to enhance and document existing processes
    • Strength in verbal and written communication to our internal and external customers
    • Must have ability to assist via telephone in support of Client Relations
    • Ability to establish priorities and manage multiple critical paths
    • Self-motivated to diagnose and resolve escalated issues involving proprietary products
    • Facilitate technical issues resolution in a collaborative team approach involving development, product management and implementation as appropriate
    • Must have experience providing technical support in a customer service environment
    • Supports nThrive’s Compliance Program by adhering to policies and procedures pertaining to HIPAA, FDCPA, FCRA, and other laws applicable to nThrive’s business practices. This includes: becoming familiar with nThrive’s Code of Ethics, attending training as required, notifying management or nThrive’s Helpline when there is a compliance concern or incident, HIPAA-compliant handling of patient information, and demonstrable awareness of confidentiality obligations


    • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience
    • 3+ years software development or related industry experience.Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong knowledge of  Visual Studio, C# , SQL, XML
    • Must have experience providing technical support in a customer service environment

    Preferred Skills

    • C++, VB, GIT, SQL Server Management Studio, SQL Server Report Studio, file comparison tools, file grep tools
