  • Overview

    This role will be part of the Field Marketing Team reporting directly to the Senior Director of Field Marketing & Marketing Communications. The Marketing Automation Manager will collaborate with marketing groups to create, manage, & optimize campaigns/programs, support the nThrive brand and corporate needs.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage automation workflows in Pardot with Salesforce
    • Manage incoming campaign requests
    • Use best practices to generate marketing automation to keep database clean
    • Help analyze current automation settings in Pardot to optimize results for marketing channels
    • Test and optimize campaign elements prior and during launch for increased conversion rate
    • Work closely with marketers to deliver best performing digital content
    • Help automate and maintain marketing fields, data, and process within the marketing automation platform
    • Improve Marketing performance and track performance month to month, quarter to quarter, and year to year
    • Manage best practices for email marketing and Demand Generation that seamlessly integrate with company strategy across Marketing goals and objectives.
    • Manage the Build out and execution of programs and campaigns that include all relevant digital content and channels within Pardot
    • Manage the metrics and goals tracked to show reporting results for campaigns, channels, and best performing assets
    • Work and collaborate with CRM Administrator or key Market Intelligence stakeholders on data mining and list development
    • Work and collaborate daily with the client communications team to help implement best practices through email
    • Deliver and execute on emails for client communications through Pardot to support client success
    • Develop communication plans and training plans to empower colleagues to perform tasks in Pardot
    • Collaborate with broader marketing team to ensure consistency/accuracy of messages to customers and our nThrive brand, making recommendations and changes to ensure we are using best practices.
    • A/B test email campaigns, test solutions for automation, and test reporting prior to going live
    • Supports nThrive’s Compliance Program by adhering to policies and procedures pertaining to HIPAA, FDCPA, FCRA, and other laws applicable to nThrive’s business practices. This includes: becoming familiar with nThrive’s Code of Ethics, attending training as required, notifying management or nThrive’s Helpline when there is a compliance concern or incident, HIPAA-compliant handling of patient information, and demonstrable awareness of confidentiality obligations

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree
    • 4+ years of tactical and strategic experience in Marketing Automation
    • Building multiple programs and campaigns in a Marketing Automation tool
    • Building detailed and complex reports and dashboards through Marketing Automation tool
    • Implementing training and communication plans for large groups
    • Creating content for emails
    • Managing high efficient teams
    • High-level proficiency in HTML and Microsoft Excel
    • A deep understanding and desire to learn new ways to improve execution and automation of marketing campaigns
    • Effectively work with team members from diverse disciplines
    • Exhibit confidence, flexibility, willingness to collaborate, willingness to make quick changes, and an open mind
    • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment that requires quick turnaround and quality output.
    • Minimal travel

     

    Preferred Skills

    • BA/BS in Marketing, English, Journalism or related discipline
    • Pardot Certification and trailhead leader
    • Advanced skill and knowledge in creating programs via Pardot.
    • Experience in the healthcare industry encouraged
    • Salesforce/CRM knowledge highly encouraged
    • Ability to articulate, plan, and execute innovative and creative marketing ideas
