  • Overview

    This position is responsible for helping nThrive deliver solutions utilizing Azure cloud offerings as we embark on our digital transformation.  This individual will utilize their experience and expertise to help our organization to accelerate its maturity and achieve its digital potential.  This person will cultivate an environment that supports ongoing growth of the company with a remote workforce strategy.  He/She will work closely with our Enterprise Architecture team to define our strategy to deliver a best in class environment for our solutions teams while improving the over-arching experience for our colleagues and clients.    



    • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and a customer first attitude.

    • Collaborates with Enterprise Architecture to drive vision, strategy and business value of our hybrid cloud roadmap.

    • Drive collaboration with Enterprise Infrastructure and Architecture teams to achieve continuity from data center to desktop.

    • Manage relationships with key service providers/partners.

    • Collaborates with Enterprise Architecture to help define and implement multi-year Service Delivery technology roadmap.

    • Drive continuous growth and improvements with our expanded teams; including 3rd party providers.

    • Stay abreast of technology offerings & security innovations in order to deliver a positive working experience.

    • Provides technical guidance to as well as directed escalation from the operations team (includes off-hours escalation).

    • Continually review, challenge and optimize the effectiveness of delivery of our chosen technologies with a focus on automation and process improvement.

    • Must have the ability to be a change agent and influence solution direction.

    • Partner with EA/business to drive and implement cloud service governance.

    • Collaborate and work with EA/development teams to help enhance monitoring processes for security, performance and uptime for hybrid cloud solutions.

    • Supports nThrive’s Compliance Program by adhering to policies and procedures pertaining to HIPAA, FDCPA, FCRA, and other laws applicable to nThrive’s business practices. This includes: becoming familiar with nThrive’s Code of Ethics, attending training as required, notifying management or nThrive’s Helpline when there is a compliance concern or incident, HIPAA-compliant handling of patient information, and demonstrable awareness of confidentiality obligation.



    • BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, related field or equivalent work experience.

    • 5+ years’ experience in designing, building and maintaining Microsoft SSO, Federation and Messaging technologies (ADFS, AD connect, Exchange Online/Hybrid)

    • 5+ years’ experience in designing and building IaaS, Infrastructure as code and PaaS programmatically through API’s, Orchestration and Automation.

    • Minimum 3 years’ experience focused on cloud environments and supporting infrastructure. 

    • Thorough knowledge of Microsoft core platform technologies.

    • Possesses excellent organization and follow-up skills with strong attention to detail.

    • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment that requires quick turnaround and quality output.

    • Must be effective at collaborating with remote resources. An understanding and appreciation of the challenges of working distributed with a respect and understanding of the diversity of our people and cultures.

    • Must have the ability to be a change agent and influence direction.

    • Thought leader who can stimulate innovation and process improvements.

    • Travel less than 25%
