The Director, Facilities Management is responsible for overall facilities direction for 16 corporate office locations across the US. This role provides management and operational oversight of all nThrive locations to ensure efficient and dependable performance of building equipment, maintenance/repair and related activities while ensuring compliance with industry standards, best practices and applicable codes. This role also manages relationships with multiple property management firms to ensure consistent application and adherence to policies, procedures and security protocols throughout nThrive locations.
The Director, Facilities Management uses a deep understanding of facility operations to plan, develop, organize and implement departmental goals and objectives that result in the administration of uniform policies and procedures across all corporate locations.
Supports nThrive’s Compliance Program by adhering to policies and procedures pertaining to HIPAA, FDCPA, FCRA, and other laws applicable to nThrive’s business practices. This includes: becoming familiar with nThrive’s Code of Ethics, attending training as required, notifying management or nThrive’s Helpline when there is a compliance concern or incident, HIPAA-compliant handling of patient information, and demonstrable awareness of confidentiality obligations.
