  • Overview

    Solutions is responsible for business requirement development, encompassing technology and tools needed to support the service line assigned, marketing strategy, collateral positioning and branding to provide clear focus.  Performs market analysis and segmentation, maintaining competitive analysis, target customer profiles, and strategic sales direction. This role is also responsible for supporting performance of the assigned service line through the understanding, documentation and design of key processes, data flows and business requirements to drive process improvements for the service line through the use of technology. Key to the role is developing models, technology business requirements and metrics in support of the business needs.

    Responsibilities

    • Performs market analysis and segmentation, maintaining competitive analysis, target customer profiles, and strategic sales direction.
    • This role is also responsible for supporting performance of the assigned service line through the understanding, documentation and design of key processes, data flows and business requirements to drive process improvements for the service line through the use of technology.
    • Key to the role is developing models, technology business requirements and metrics in support of the business needs.
    • Consolidates input from delivery, competitors, marketing, sales, customer support, and development teams into business requirements for an assigned product space.
    • Translates market requirements for a given product space into software-focused business
    • Produces quality deliverables including: business requirements documentation, process flow charts, data flow charts, high-level design specifications, and high-level project
    • Leads/assists with functional testing and user acceptance testing for assigned projects.
    • Responsible for maintaining a comprehensive inventory of all technology tools used by the assigned service line and consistently assessing the technology performance against business needs.
    • Leads/assists with initiatives to streamline business process and workflows. Drives procedures to solve complex business problems
    • Understands and documents key business processes, data flows and business requirements in support of enhancements, new products or major operational efficiencies.
    • Develops and maintains a prioritized list of delivery and market requirements for the Works delivery focus groups to produce user stories for each feature.
    • Creates deliverables to synthesize the strategic, financial and operational implications of
    • Provides expertise and training to internal departments in support of the product.
    • Takes responsibility for the overall success of the tools and technology supporting the service delivery team, ensuring proper transition of new products/features to operational groups prior to release. Remains knowledgeable of changes in the information technology and healthcare fields.
    • Supports nThrive’s Compliance Program by adhering to policies and procedures pertaining to HIPAA, FDCPA, FCRA, and other laws applicable to nThrive’s business practices. This includes: becoming familiar with nThrive’s Code of Ethics, attending training as required, notifying management or nThrive’s Helpline when there is a compliance concern or incident, HIPAA-compliant handling of patient information, and demonstrable awareness of confidentiality obligations.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field
    • 5+ years subject matter expertise in health insurance or large healthcare organization, and healthcare technology
    • Successful candidate will have experience in Revenue Integrity and Care Coordination.  Specific knowledge in the clinical space of CDI, Coding, Auditing, Charge Capture, and Care Coordinatio 
    • At least 5 years’ experience in strategic development, strategic planning, business development, market or product development or business process improvement
    • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams
    • Strong customer relationship building skills
    • Exceptional communication and leadership skills
    • Strong project management and organizational skills
    • Strong analytical skills
    • Demonstrable proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and others

     

    Preferred Skills

    • Bachelors in Public Health or related Masters
    • Patient Access experience
    • Risk management experience
    • Contract Management experience
    • Healthcare industry experience
    • Finance, IT, Risk background within the Healthcare industry
    • Prior related experience in a Product Analyst type of role
