Solutions is responsible for business requirement development, encompassing technology and tools needed to support the service line assigned, marketing strategy, collateral positioning and branding to provide clear focus. Performs market analysis and segmentation, maintaining competitive analysis, target customer profiles, and strategic sales direction. This role is also responsible for supporting performance of the assigned service line through the understanding, documentation and design of key processes, data flows and business requirements to drive process improvements for the service line through the use of technology. Key to the role is developing models, technology business requirements and metrics in support of the business needs.
Supports nThrive’s Compliance Program by adhering to policies and procedures pertaining to HIPAA, FDCPA, FCRA, and other laws applicable to nThrive’s business practices. This includes: becoming familiar with nThrive’s Code of Ethics, attending training as required, notifying management or nThrive’s Helpline when there is a compliance concern or incident, HIPAA-compliant handling of patient information, and demonstrable awareness of confidentiality obligations.
