  • Overview

    The Associate Consultant will be responsible for ensuring that the data used for analyses and technologies is accurate (reconciled), complete (universe), and normalized (cleaned up). The Associate Consultant will support the senior consultants in producing client deliverables. Consultants support clients in their use of nThrive analytics tools.


    • Validates data in technologies and analyses from multiple sources as needed.
    • Supports user base by engaging in discussions to understand business requirements and creating analyses to drive engagement and ROI.
    • Updates and consolidates all dashboards/scorecards and other metrics per schedule or as requested.
    • Creates documentation template and track progress for all projects. Documents business case analysis and assists in translating business requirements into process/functional design/system solutions to be used in marketing.
    • Engages users of nThrive analytics products and tools and have conversations that identify needs and opportunities.
    • Ensures familiarity with the functionality of nThrive products and solutions.
    • Introduces clients to additional/new solutions.
    • Provides analysis and answers to client questions and continues to serve as a technical resource.
    • Manages complex tasks with minimal supervision assigned by project lead and report back.
    • Ensures an in-depth working knowledge of the data warehouse and writes ad-hoc queries to answer client questions.
    • Cleans data in reporting to make available to clients.
    • Provides client support for nThrive analytics.
    • Supports nThrive’s Compliance Program by adhering to policies and procedures pertaining to HIPAA, FDCPA, FCRA, and other laws applicable to nThrive’s business practices. This includes: becoming familiar with nThrive’s Code of Ethics, attending training as required, notifying management or nThrive’s Helpline when there is a compliance concern or incident, HIPAA-compliant handling of patient information, and demonstrable awareness of confidentiality obligations.



    • Bachelor's degree.
    • 2+ years of experience in a role requiring the use of analytics for business intelligence purposes
    • Proficient and fast in Excel Pivots, SQL.
    • Dialogue with and give recommendations to VP/SVP level leaders
    • Work autonomously, independently and as part of team for collaboration
    • Time management and project management skills
    • Computer knowledge including Microsoft Office tools, SQL, and Data Visualization tools
    • Travel: <20%
