  • Overview

    The HRIS Analyst reports directly to the HRIS Manager and works with the Human Resources team to maintain the UltiPro Human Capital Management (HCM) system within nThrive. This position also partners with other areas of the organization to provide enhanced work processes that leverage technological capabilities across the HRIS ecosystem.


    • Serves as a technical point-of-contact for the HCM system.
    • Assists with evaluating, configuring, testing, detecting, troubleshooting and auditing the HCM system.
    • Supports HCM system upgrades, patches and other technical projects as assigned.
    • Provides functional expertise to other system stakeholders (Total Rewards, Recruiting, Payroll, Org Development, IT) to streamline processes and offer technical solutions for special projects, as assigned.
    • Identifies and corrects data integrity issues, to include both colleague and company level data in coordination with our HROC (HR Operations Center) team.
    • Assists with development of interfaces and imports between HR systems and other ancillary systems and external vendors.
    • Assists with merger and acquisition projects that require mass data migration; responsible for maintaining accurate data within the HRIS ecosystem during these transitions.
    • Utilizes reporting tools and spreadsheet software to assist in migrating and mapping data between internal and external systems.
    • Documents HRIS procedures and processes, including user guides, system workflows and application documentation.
    • Assists with HRIS training project plan development and rollout to end users.
    • Supports nThrive’s Compliance Program by adhering to policies and procedures pertaining to HIPAA, FDCPA, FCRA, and other laws applicable to nThrive’s business practices. This includes: becoming familiar with nThrive’s Code of Ethics, attending training as required, notifying management or nThrive’s Helpline when there is a compliance concern or incident, HIPAA-compliant handling of patient information, and demonstrable awareness of confidentiality obligations



    • Bachelor’s degree.
    • At least one year of system administration experience.
    • Experience with report writing tools (Cognos Business Intelligence Reporting).
    • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas and VLOOKUPs.
    • Strong technical aptitude.
    • Highly organized and detail oriented.
    • Excellent communication skills, including ability to effectively interface with colleagues at all levels of the organization

    Preferred Skills

    • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, HR, or related field.
    • HRIS experience with Ultipro knowledge highly preferred.
