  • Overview

    The Manager of Revenue Optimization and Analytics is responsible for driving change initiatives throughout the revenue cycle. This role collaborates closely with the operational leaders (Directors, managers, and supervisors at nThrive and corresponding client stakeholders) at the direction of the VP of Operations/SVP, to drive meaningful and impactful change to key KPIs.

    Responsibilities

    • Leads project management initiatives for major program rollouts through the nThrive operations enterprise, e.g. policy changes, technology changes, and process improvements with appropriate work plans designed to guarantee success and a feedback loop to validate results.
    • Collaborates with operational colleagues at all levels of the organization to triangulate and identify issues to ensure we are solving right issue and engaging appropriate stakeholders in our change journey.
    • Uses project management and change management techniques to lead continuous improvement projects.
    • Learns and tracks operational KPIs to ensure that we are making meaningful and significant impact to business model.
    • Understands reporting functionality and proactively research and run reports to share business performance with clinical and operational leaders and identify highest areas of opportunity or report current state.
    • Engages with operations leaders and identify gaps in data or system requirements and collaborate with appropriate IT/analytics leaders at nThrive or client to best effect change.
    • Documents business issues and gain alignment of stakeholders around the burning platform of a project and escalate items that are not moving in a timely manner.
    • Provides dynamic prioritization and rationalization of key change initiatives.
    • Prepares or reviews reports on a regular cadence to ensure pro-active identification of new issues that need to be addressed and collaborate with leadership on approach.
    • Provides ad hoc reporting for business leaders to identify potential issues.
    • Creates documentation templates and track progress for all projects. Documents business case analysis and assists in translating business requirements into actionable plan.
    • Supports nThrive’s Compliance Program by adhering to policies and procedures pertaining to HIPAA, FDCPA, FCRA, and other laws applicable to nThrive’s business practices. This includes: becoming familiar with nThrive’s Code of Ethics, attending training as required, notifying management or nThrive’s Helpline when there is a compliance concern or incident, HIPAA-compliant handling of patient information, and demonstrable awareness of confidentiality obligations.

       

       

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree.
    • 6+ years of experience in an analytical/performance improvement role working with and/or managing diverse stakeholders.
    • Experience researching and running reports to share business performance with stakeholders and identifying areas of opportunity.
    • Experience tracking operational KPIs.
    • Experience identifying gaps in data or system requirements and collaborating with appropriate technical stakeholders to best effect change.
    • Experience optimizing a database management system or other software with varied stakeholders for improved results.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Demonstrated critical thinking ability with advanced analytical skills.
    • Demonstrated time management and project management skills.
    • Works effectively independently and as part of team for collaboration.
    • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft tools.
    • Amount of travel required < 20%.

    Preferred Skills

    • Lean Six Sigma Certification.
    • Healthcare (Revenue Cycle) Experience.
