The Associate Solution Consultant within our Revenue Cycle Management Implementation Services team is responsible for the product configuration tasks required in order to deliver nThrive software solutions for our customers; as well as providing initial product support for products which are live, but yet to be transitioned out of Implementation Services to product support. The individual will be part of a multiple disciplinary team in the delivery of customer contractual obligations and is responsible for the successful and timely completion of projects resulting in customer sign off and project acceptance. This position falls within the Solution Consultant team and career path of Implementation Services.
Supports nThrive’s Compliance Program by adhering to policies and procedures pertaining to HIPAA, FDCPA, FCRA, and other laws applicable to nThrive’s business practices. This includes: becoming familiar with nThrive’s Code of Ethics, attending training as required, notifying management or nThrive’s Helpline when there is a compliance concern or incident, HIPAA-compliant handling of patient information, and demonstrable awareness of confidentiality obligations
