  • Overview

    The Associate Solution Consultant within our Revenue Cycle Management Implementation Services team is responsible for the product configuration tasks required in order to deliver nThrive software solutions for our customers; as well as providing initial product support for products which are live, but yet to be transitioned out of Implementation Services to product support. The individual will be part of a multiple disciplinary team in the delivery of customer contractual obligations and is responsible for the successful and timely completion of projects resulting in customer sign off and project acceptance. This position falls within the Solution Consultant team and career path of Implementation Services.

    Responsibilities

    • For larger client engagements the Associate Solution Consultant will work closely with the Solution Consultant or Principal Consultant to assure the nThrive solution is setup to deliver custom success; and
    • For smaller client engagements the Associate Solution Consultant may be asked to function as a Solution Consultant to deliver the solution; and
    • Increase customer satisfaction by ensuring product and client specific software configuration tasks are performed efficiently and correctly as part of the implementation process; and
    • Increase customer satisfaction by providing daily support of application functionality for assigned products which are considered Live but not transitioned to normal support operations
    • Maintain a deep subject matter expertise in the configuration requirements of assigned nThrive software products;
    • Complete product configuration and/or perform quality control testing based on identified business requirements (including the build out or testing of business rules, workflow, mapping);
    • Provide experienced feedback and recommendations to the Solution Consultant on optimal product configuration based on known requirements;
    • Quickly escalate any identified risks or issues to a project based on product configuration requirements and known capabilities of the software product;
    • Maintain knowledge of the inbound data requirements of assigned software products and understand the configuration requirements of the product based on available data from the customer;
    • Contribute product subject matter expertise into the issue resolution process;
    • Involved in preparation activities and validation of software product preparedness prior to client site visits and user training sessions as part of implementation;  
    • Supports application functionality and for assigned products which are Live, but yet to be transitioned formally to nThrive’ ongoing support operations;
    • Remains current on release updates and product knowledge for assigned products;
    • Provides coordination and clear communication via phone, email and SFDC on case or other client implementation and support activities to both internal and external customers;
    • Organizes, investigates, and resolves assigned work in a timely and effective manner;
    • Participates in the project transition process from Implementation to Customer Support for assigned products;
    • Participate in weekly stand-up meetings to provide updates on accomplishments, issues, and up-coming activities related to assigned projects;
    • Maintains a high level of commitment to superior customer satisfaction through the entire duration of the customer relationship; and
    • Completes other assignments as required
    •  Supports nThrive’s Compliance Program by adhering to policies and procedures pertaining to HIPAA, FDCPA, FCRA, and other laws applicable to nThrive’s business practices. This includes: becoming familiar with nThrive’s Code of Ethics, attending training as required, notifying management or nThrive’s Helpline when there is a compliance concern or incident, HIPAA-compliant handling of patient information, and demonstrable awareness of confidentiality obligations

    Qualifications

    • High School Diploma or GED
    • At least 1 year of industry experience working in Hospital Revenue Cycle.
    • Experienced in one or more of the following areas: Patient Access, Charge Capture, CDM Management, Billing, Claims Editing, Managed Care, Contract Management, Cash Posting, AR Follow-up, month-end reserves reporting, or AR Analytics.
    • Demonstrated organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment that requires quick turnaround and quality output.
    • Demonstrated ability to prioritize workload and work effectively with minimal supervision.
    • Demonstrated ability to work concurrently on multiple projects with several teams.
    • Ability to communicate effectively.
    • Advanced knowledge and usage of MS Excel.
    • Solid knowledge of all MS Office Products.

    Preferred Skills

    • Bachelor’s Degree
    • Prior experience in implementing and/or supporting healthcare and/or financial software applications.
    • Comprehensive understanding of hospital revenue cycle.
