The business analyst will be involved in the researching and analyzing product/solution requirements, documenting the requirements, and communicating them at various levels of the organizations with the goal of creating a viable solution. nThrive receives both internal and external requests for enhancements to satisfy client needs and to position itself better in the marketplace. The job will include QA responsibilities: requiring strong analytical, problem solving, communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to document test procedures, expected results, and defects.
Supports nThrive’s Compliance Program by adhering to policies and procedures pertaining to HIPAA, FDCPA, FCRA, and other laws applicable to nThrive’s business practices. This includes: becoming familiar with nThrive’s Code of Ethics, attending training as required, notifying management or nThrive’s Helpline when there is a compliance concern or incident, HIPAA-compliant handling of patient information, and demonstrable awareness of confidentiality obligations
