nThrive is offering an exciting opportunity to join the Marketing organization as an Events Senior Specialist. This position will support all functions of the events team by working with multiple Marketing teammates to coordinate well-rounded events and speaking programs, including state-run regional events, national tradeshows, nThrive hosted events, internal events and more. In order to plan events and speaking programs from start to finish, this role will be expected to work directly with all other teams across marketing, including Field Marketing, Solutions Marketing and Communications.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in state-level regional events program from start to finish. This includes meeting with sales to understand which events they want to have a presence at throughout the year, deciding at what capacity to participate in the events, strategizing what to promote at each event and executing all deliverables for each event.
  • National event support and management including working with marketing teammates on resources for each event, working with sales team on strategy, planning onsite client events and receptions, booking dinners and other client functions.
  • Assist in creation and execution of nThrive hosted events including webinars, executive level virtual events, client user group event, client advisory council event
  • Assist in creation of internal events including yearly National Sales Meeting and President’s Club Trip.
  • Manage thought-leadership program to help nThrive stand out as an industry-thought leader and develop further brand awareness by working with speakers to develop hot thought-leading topics, pitching to industry organizations, working with third party organizations and speakers on scheduling of speaking sessions, PPT transfers, uncovering new speakers within the company and new industry organizations to speak at.
  • Manage overall events team large-scale budget.
  • Manage relations with third-party vendors across a variety of industries (printing, giveaways, hotels, shipping companies, exhibitor booth partner company, restaurants, etc.)
  • Collaborate with colleagues across Commercial Organization, including creative services, field and solutions marketing, communications, and sales, to build out effective event strategies to ensure flawless execution at each event and to capture the return on investments (ROI)
  • Execute post-event follow up and tracking for every event and track leads in SalesForce

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business, marketing, or hospitality
  • 3+ years’ experience working in speaking programs and/or lead generating industry events
  • Polished and professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative-thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced knowledge and creative abilities with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel Software
  • Advanced and effective organization and planning skills
  • Ability to manage several tasks and projects with multiple steps and deliverables to conclusion and within deadlines while managing stakeholders’ expectations
  • Ability to effectively interact with colleagues in one-on-one and team situations while driving results
  • Ability to work efficiently on own with limited to moderate supervision on a daily basis
  • Ability to maintain company and client confidentiality
  • Knowledge of and experience with SalesForce CRM tool
  • Travel required: < 25% (Several yearly trips of 3-5 days)

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of Pardot Marketing Automation System
