The Product Analyst, Analytics with nThrive will be part of our nThrive Analytics Product Team responsible for developing strategy and technical execution for our analytics product portfolio. As the Product Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting our Product Managers in analysis and development of the product vision, customer requirements, and ongoing product execution. You’ll work closely with diverse business units to identify, define and evaluate analytics offering opportunities and ensure customer success and revenue by supporting analytical development of marketing strategy, market analysis and segmentation, competitive analysis, target customer profiles, and strategic sales direction.  


  • Consolidate input from customers, competitors, marketing, sales, customer support, and development teams into market requirements for an assigned product space
  • Translate market requirements for a given product space into software-focused business requirements
  • Develop and maintain a prioritized list of customer and market requirements for the product
  • Define/quantify the impact of new products and/or features being considered for inclusion in a product release and uses this information to prioritize each of these features/products
  • Work customer focus groups to produce user stories for each feature
  • Create client deliverables to synthesize the strategic, financial and operational implications of analytics
  • Provide expertise and training to internal departments in support of the product
  • Collaborate with a wide variety of functional areas such as sales, marketing, information technology, and operations to develop and provide product collateral responsive to customer needs and market opportunities
  • Work with business development and marketing to produce competitive analysis materials comparing product with its key competitors
  • Take responsibility for the overall success of a product, ensuring proper transition of new products/features to operational groups prior to release
  • Support the sales process with product information and demos where necessary
  • Remain knowledgeable on changes in the information technology and healthcare fields
  • Analyze source data with query analyzers (such as SSMS or other tools) to understand the data better and scope out the requirements
  • Define use cases using source data to better articulate requirements
  • Approve Quality Assurance test cases and sign-off deployments
  • Travel – up to 10%
  • Support nThrive’s Compliance Program by adhering to policies and procedures pertaining to HIPAA, FDCPA, FCRA, and other laws applicable to nThrive’s business practices. This includes: becoming familiar with nThrive’s Code of Ethics, attending training as required, notifying management or nThrive’s Helpline when there is a compliance concern or incident, HIPAA-compliant handling of patient information, and demonstrable awareness of confidentiality obligations


  • Bachelor’s Degree 
  • 4+ years of experience in Product Management as a Product/Business Analyst 
  • Basic SQL skills to analyze source data
  • Strong customer relationship building skills
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills
  • Highly numeric aptitude with strong analytical skills
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Demonstrable proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Preferred Skills

  • Prior related experience in healthcare industry

  • Bachelor’s in Public Health or related
  • Masters degree #DCE
