Impact you will make

The Manager, Contract Management Services leads a cross-functional team of analyst that is responsible for the implementation, maintenance and support of insurance contracts into FinThrive applications.  The manager is accountable for the satisfaction of clients identified within assigned geographic regions. Customer satisfaction is ensured by timely completion of projects with high quality and excellent customer service. The manager will also coordinate with other managers to develop best practices, consistent processes and standardization across the department. Additionally, the manager will be a liaison with other departments to coordinate and execute on special projects.

  • Utilize performance metrics to manage and track team performance
  • Balance workflow and prioritization across team
  • Participate in the annual planning and budgeting processes
  • Maintain/expand personal knowledge of the healthcare industry
  • Motivate team members and enhance team morale
  • Ensure client success
  • Manage hiring and disciplinary processes with present and prospective staff
  • Provide frequent status updates to management as requested
  • Approve routine personnel matters, such as PTO requests, Expense Reports, changes in shift, etc.
  • Interface with internal and external clients
