The SM is focused on ensuring customer satisfaction by completing defined client and product support tasks, quickly and correctly resolving or triaging cases, and interacting with customers via verbal and written communication in a professional manner. The associate will manage the end-to-end customer experience. As a member of the Customer Operations Team, the associate will be the customer’s advocate by devising strategies and tactics to help customers gain more value from our product and services.
